Cinema Technology Community CIC (CTC), is an independent, not-for-profit membership organisation that aims to advance the use of technology to enhance all aspects of the movie-going experience.

With over 950 members in more than 85 countries, our members represent all facets of the film industry; from film makers, studio executives and distributors to cinema exhibitors, integrators and technology manufacturers. Our membership community is united by a shared passion for technology and the cinematic experience.

CTC provides various global initiatives aimed at educating and upskilling our members in current and emerging cinema technologies and business issues. We do this through initiatives such as training, certification, handbooks, white papers, video content, seminars, podcasts, networking events as well as being the owner and publisher of the industry's leading business and technology journal , Cinema Technology Magazine.

Membership is open to individuals and organisations and is free to join because we believe that there should be no barriers to sharing knowledge and expertise with our community.  As a not-for-profit, community organisation, all money raised from membership and sponsorship is directed into events and materials aimed at improving the industry.
